This is a genuine, 88 year old, hand-colored pochoir print produced as Plate #VIII of issue #7 of the Gazette du Bon Ton (May 1913) - the second year of publication. The early GBT issues are more rare and particularly known for their exquisite pochoir technique. Excellent condition on crème heavy laid artist's paper;
