This is a hand coloured and plate-signed pochoir from Gazette du Bon Ton (edition No.9, 1922 Plate 66). Classic "Roaring 20's" style with the stylized dragon backdrop - a Barbier signature icon. Striking imagery! And definitely the New Woman to be respected and admired. Barbier typically incorporated social statements in his artworks.
