Pochoir print from La Gazette du Bon Ton, Plate 11, Mar.1920. Afternoon dresses by Lanvin shown in a very typical Parisian apartment entrance. The wide sleeves are a direct influence from the Japanese Kimono, the simplicity of which had a major defining influence on early Art Deco.
